The Song unit focuses on the melodious world of bird songs. Students will learn to appreciate and identify various bird vocalizations, including songs, calls, and other vocal signals. Through engaging activities, students will not only listen but also learn to draw and sound out bird songs. They will explore the purposes and functions of bird songs, such as communication, territory defence, courtship, and identifying local bird species.
